This past weekend, the mother of one of the Olympic gold medalist’s sons posted an Instagram photo with her husband, James, wearing a workout clothes and carrying a box of snacks.
The husband and wife were part of the new training regimen that was launched last week.
“My son and I are excited to get started on a new, fun and exciting journey together as he gets ready for the next step in his life,” Stephanie Dillard wrote on Instagram.
The couple’s son, Josh, was born a year ago.
The couple’s first son, Noah, was a baby boy.
James and Stephanie started training with the Sissy Training Group of America, an online program that teaches women how to be better moms.
“We are excited for the new year and the future that lies ahead, and the confidence that we will be able to take on more challenging goals together,” James wrote in an Instagram post.
At least one new mom is doing more than just being a good mom to her child.
Former Olympian Shannon Rowbury was a fitness model for many years and has become a fitness coach and a mom herself.
According to Rowbury, her experience as a mom was one of being on a team.
She shared with ABC News, “I had a great team.
The women on that team were so supportive and supportive of my training.
They were super supportive.
They helped me figure out my own fitness and nutrition, and they made me look like a super fit mom.”
Rowbury was also on the team that won a gold medal in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, when she was pregnant with her first child.
Rowbury said she’s been on a journey of self-discovery to become a better mom, which she shares with the rest of the world.
