Your best bet is to stick to a low carb diet and stick to it for a month, or for a week if you are working out on a treadmill, or walking at a pace that’s fast enough for you.

These are diets that have been used for centuries, and are considered to be a way to lose fat, maintain lean muscle mass, and maintain muscle mass while cutting out the calories.
